The remote recording and monitoring of temperature is accomplished using the latest safety standards, using encrypted encoding and rigid safety procedures (Using military-grade protocols, certified secure data servers and backup servers). GDPR does not apply to the data we collect.
YES. We have a readily-available stock of devices for immediate replacement. It is not possible to repair your device, we ship you a new one.
YES. You do not need any special technical knowledge or tools.
YES. Our warranty covers all the various fault conditions (like overvoltage or lightning). However it does not cover water damage. It does not cover water damage. You may also renew the warranty on a yearly basis by picking the desired subscription package.
YES. Digitherm is subscription-based. Depending on the package you choose, the subscription is paid on a quarterly / semiannual / annually.

Digitherm is composed of the control unit, a battery-backed power supply so that the device can keep working even in a case of power loss, 8 temperature or temperature-humidity sensors, website access, SMS & Email Alert notifications for immediate fault alerts, a yearly subscription and remote technical support. YES. The device is certified both for its design and its production.
YES. The device requires installation, it has no installation or maintenance costs and it does not require any special technical knowledge. The installation can be done by the client using their preferred partners, otherwise it can be done by us using our network of external partners that spans almost the entirety of Greece.
NO. The sensor does not impend the fridge’s operation in any way.
The sensors are digital and can be installed within 100m of the device.
The device operates at 12V, Low voltage.
YES. Its operation is based on a secure server in which there is no way to change the readings from the moment they are recorded up until they are saved and then exported, therefore the readings are considered safe and they are accepted by government bodies.
NO. Exporting the data from the database is enough.
